As we near the end of 2020, we are excited to be introducing a few new and exciting offerings for you to experience throughout your Retreat stay.
Wellness
We have introduced 2 exciting new wellness activities, that are part of all Retreat packages when you stay with us… We’re loving the amazing feedback so far from our guests who have experienced these new offerings!
Move It Dance
This new activity will have you laughing out loud within minutes! A dance experience featuring all your favourite tunes such as Hot Chocolate, Dolly Parton, Adele and of course our very own Olivia Newton-John. This class is for absolutely everybody – especially those who think they are uncoordinated! Dancing promotes your daily DOSE (Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, Endorphins), but not only that, it also improves your physicality, strength and flexibility in a creative safe space. It’s just so much fun!
Cacao Ceremony
A heart opening experience that includes guided Meditation, taking you on a journey that connects you to your inner spirit. Drinking the cacao itself will warm your heart and enhance your creative side. Shamanic drumming and sound healing is also a part of this visceral experience that can help bring balance to the four levels of your being – mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.
Activities are part of your Retreat package when you stay with us at Gaia… All you need to do is arrive with an open heart and open mind to receive and experience.
Day Spa
Coming soon to the spa, will be our sensory Aromatherapy Massage of your choice. To begin, you will have a brief consultation to allow our Therapist to choose the most beneficial oils for you ~ this could be calming, uplifting or to soothe your sore muscles. You will then experience a deeply relaxing massage that incorporates the ocean-like Hawaiian style moves. We’ve collaborated with a Local Byron Bay Hinterland company who use Australia’s very own native plants, trees and other ingredients to create beautifully smelling pure essential oils with amazing benefits. This will bring all layers of yourself back to earth again ~Body, Mind and Soul.
