Gift Certificates are subject to availability and blackout periods.
Minimum treatment booking is 90 minutes.
Should the total of treatments booked be more than the value of the Gift Certificate, the remainder will have to be paid on the day.
Treatment prices are subject to change without notice by Gaia Retreat & Spa.
Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash, other treatments or transferred to another Gaia Retreat & Spa department.
Gift Certificates are for one use only and must be used in full. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Certificate.
Gift Certificates can not be purchased for promotions, competitions or give-aways without prior written consent of Gaia Retreat & Spa management.
Gift Certificates are valid until date indicated on Certificate.

Please redeem your Gift Certificate before the expiry date, as it will not be honoured once expired.

Gift Certificates are sold at High Season rate. If a Gift Certificate is used during Low Season a seasonal difference is applied to your account as Retreat Credit for use during your stay.

Your deposit is non-refundable but transferable for use within 12 months if 5 days notice is given prior to arrival date.
On check-in the remainder of the package rate is paid and is non- refundable.
Any additional expenses occurring during your stay will be debited to the credit card provided at check-out.
For the privacy and security of all Gaia Retreat & Spa guests, with prior approval from management, visitors must report to reception upon arrival.
A surcharge of 1% will be added to the total amount when using Mastercard or Visa Cards, Amex will incur a 2% merchants service fee; this amount is added to the amount payable.
