Angelika has been working in the Health Industry for 33 years and comes from a nursing background. She has been a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist for over 10 years, continuously expanding her knowledge in natural healing methods. Angelika believes that most health problems can be eased and also healed by lowering the stress response and balancing the nervous and endocrine system of the body. She works towards strengthening the immune system by implementing certain healing techniques on the central nervous system and the lymphatic system.
Angelika in a qualified Lymphologist and has developed a passion for Manual Lymphatic Massage. This technique is especially recommended before and after Surgery, during detoxification, weight gain, chronic fatigue and depression.

The healing and strengthening effect of Nicolette’s work helps to stimulate the body’s own healing power.
