Our Kukura House and kitchen have had some TLC throughout the past few months, making it even more inviting and cosy! Head Chef Dan has also created some exciting new recipes to inspire you in our weekly cooking classes.
Our ever-changing personalised menu allows our Chefs to work with what is in season, letting nature work its magic, healing us from within. Our organic garden is currently producing an abundance of Winter vegetables, including broccoli, leek, peas and potato… We also have plenty of citrus from our orchard to keep your vitamin C levels up, too!
Throughout this period, we are providing table service for all meals. This allows for our Restaurant team to closely monitor and adhere to our highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Gaia’s personalised service remains the same that you love and appreciate. Our team go above and beyond to understand and value your individual requests, favourites and/or allergies while nurturing any of your concerns and needs.
From the moment you arrive, you can rest assured that we will look after all aspects of service… so that you can truly relax and enjoy. We are always available to serve you a cup of tea with a gluten-free muffin or maybe a snack jar with nuts and liquorice!
